2. Organisied 3 (three) days workshop for the city college libarians on three Sundays.
3. Organised Library Week Celebratios by conducting Book Exhibition, Intercollegiate Competitions like Quiz, Debate, oratorical, Essay Writing Competitions, etc. & invited talk from American Library about higher education, British Council Library & various orgainsations come forward to conduct this library week celebrations from 08th August 2012 to 12th August 2012.
4. Organised Librarian's Day in association with Tamilnadu Library Association.
5. Organised National Conference on "Next Generation Library Services" with a grand success along with the professional body, SALIS (Society for Advancement of Libary and Information Science) and published conference proceedings with ISBN.
6. Acted as the Editor of the conference proceedings.
7. Acting as an Associate Editor of the SALIS National journal.
8. Vice Chairman of Chennai chapter and Governing Council member, National level of the profession body (SALIS).
9. Acted as the Chief guest for the inaugural function of the workshop conducted by department of library at Gurunanak College.
10. Acted as the resource person at Amet University & Gurunanak College and given talk.
11. Acted as the panel member of the seminar at Amet University.
12. Taken up various roles like the organising Secretary, organising committee member, programme Co-ordinator,etc. of various programmes conducted by SALIS, Tamil Nadu Library Association & British Council Library.
